Northeast Elementary School 2023 - 2024 Kindergarten Registration
Join us on Monday, May 22 - 25th to register your child for the 2023-24 school year. All students entering Kindergarten must be registered prior to starting school. Your child must be 5 years old by September 30, 2023.
Please bring the following to complete the application:
1. Original Birth Certificate
2. Social Security card
3. Immunization record
4. (2) Proofs of Residency in the parent or legal guardian's name
Each parent will receive a packet for enrollment and placed in a Kindergarten class.
All new students and charter school students may register on June 5 - 9th for 2023-24.
NEE will not have Fun Day this year! Northeast Tiger PBIS Field Day will be Friday, May 19th. Students with no referrals will participate in the free events. No visitors will be allowed to attend the PBIS activities. Students must wear a spirit shirt or school uniform. Please send a towel and an extra change of clothes.
Today is School Nurse Day, a day dedicated to honoring and recognizing the contributions of school nurses in providing quality healthcare to students in schools.
School nurses are crucial in promoting the health and well-being of students, staff, and their families. They provide various services, including health screenings, first aid, medication administration, and health education. They also serve as a liaison between the school, families, and healthcare providers to ensure students receive the appropriate care they need to thrive academically and physically.

School Lunch Hero Day is an annual celebration in the United States that honors the hardworking school nutrition professionals who serve healthy meals to students every day. It is typically celebrated on the first Friday in May, which falls on May 5th, 2023.
The day was created by the School Nutrition Association (SNA) to recognize the important role that school nutrition professionals play in promoting child nutrition, wellness, and academic achievement. It is a way to show appreciation for the individuals who work behind the scenes to ensure that students receive nutritious meals that fuel their bodies and minds.
