The overall safety of our students and employees necessitates the early dismissal of schools. Dismissal times are as follows: SLATS/Alternative - 1:30 PM; MACA/BioMed - 1:40 PM; High School/Junior High - 2:00 PM; Head Start - 2:00 PM; North Central/Palmetto - 2:00 PM; Elementary/Middle Schools - 2:20 PM - 2:40 PM (This is dependent on bus arrival from first routes.); *Car riders should contact the school for pick-up times. This year the St. Landry Parish School Board will host a summer learning program for children in grades K through 8, providing not only Language Arts and Math tutoring in a small group setting but also enrichment experiences that will enable students to excel in the 2021- 2022 school year. Students will have opportunities to take virtual field trips, learn about science and technology, engage in social living projects, play sports, and develop an appreciation for art, theater, music, and more. The 4-week program will be offered June 7th through July 1st. Students will be offered transportation to and from the program, and meals will be provided.
